As people become more health-conscious, the demand for high-protein foods has soared. Many are rethinking their breakfast choices, swapping out sugary, carb-heavy cereals for more balanced, protein-packed alternatives. The shift is driven by a desire to feel full longer, support muscle health, and maintain steady energy levels throughout the day—something traditional cereals often fall short of providing.

ELEAT is here to meet this demand for a healthier breakfast option. Designed with both convenience and nutrition in mind, ELEAT’s high-protein cereal is perfect for busy mornings, fitness enthusiasts, and anyone looking to add more protein to their diet without compromising on taste or quality. With a blend of premium proteins, low-GI carbs, and fibre ELEAT offers a smarter, more satisfying start to your day.

Let’s take a closer look at what’s inside ELEAT’s high-protein cereal and find out why ELEAT is worth a spot in your kitchen.

Understanding the Importance of Protein at Breakfast

Starting your day with protein can make a big difference in how you feel and perform throughout the morning. Protein is essential not only for muscle recovery and repair but also for providing lasting energy and keeping you full longer

When you include protein in your breakfast, you’re less likely to experience mid-morning hunger or the energy crashes that can come from carb-heavy meals. This is especially beneficial if you’re physically active or simply have a busy day ahead, as protein supports steady energy levels, mental focus, and balanced blood sugar.

Protein-rich breakfasts also help to kick-start your metabolism, making it easier to maintain energy balance and manage weight. With more sustained energy, you're more prepared to focus on the tasks ahead without constant snacking or reaching for sugary pick-me-ups.

ELEAT vs Traditional Cereals

Most traditional cereals are loaded with refined carbs and sugars but contain minimal protein. While these cereals may taste great, they often lead to quick energy spikes and crashes, leaving you feeling tired and hungry again soon after eating.

Traditional cereals rarely have enough protein to keep you satisfied, which is why they don’t support sustained energy or fullness throughout the morning. This is where ELEAT steps in.

ELEAT’s low-sugar, high-protein cereal offers a well-rounded alternative by providing a substantial amount of protein, fibre, and low-GI carbs to keep you satisfied for longer. By prioritising protein alongside other nutrient-dense ingredients, ELEAT aims to transform breakfast from a quick fix to a meal that truly fuels your day.

What’s Actually In ELEAT?

We’ve created ELEAT cereal to be a nutrient-dense, balanced breakfast made with only the best natural, plant-based ingredients.

Plant Protein Blend

ELEAT’s protein content comes from a blend of Soy Protein Isolate and Sunflower Protein. It is considered a complete protein, which means it contains all 9 essential amino acids that our bodies need to function. This makes ELEAT an ideal morning protein source for vegans, vegetarians, or anyone looking to diversify their protein sources.

Soy protein is a nutrient-dense, versatile protein source that offers numerous health benefits. It’s suitable for a wide range of diets and for most people, it’s easily digestible. Containing calcium and iso-flavones it also helps to promote bone health and has a cholesterol-balancing effect that can contribute to reducing the risk of heart disease.

There was some negative feedback on Soy protein, with many believing it caused a hormonal imbalance, however, this has been disproved

Corn Flour

The cornflour we use in our cereal is exactly the same as the one you’ll find in your pantry. It’s naturally gluten-free meaning our cereal can stay celiac-friendly.

Cornflour is a great source of dietary fibre which aids our gut health and improves digestion, but it also contains several important vitamins and minerals like thiamine, iron and magnesium which support our energy production, bone health and muscle function.

Chicory Root Inulin

Chicory root inulin is a type of fibre extracted from the roots of the chicory plant, a perennial herb that’s part of the dandelion family. Due to its slightly sweet taste and ability to enhance texture, inulin is commonly used as a low-calorie sweetener, which is what we use it for!

Inulin is a naturally occurring carbohydrate classified as a prebiotic fibre, meaning it doesn’t get digested by the stomach and small intestine but instead moves into the large intestine, where it supports the growth of beneficial gut bacteria.

Tapioca Starch

Tapioca starch is extracted from the cassava root, also known as yuca, which is a tuber native to South America - you might have seen it in some shops near you. It’s naturally gluten-free and has a neutral flavour that makes it a useful addition to our cereal.

We use tapioca starch for a similar reason to cornflour. It helps give our cereal the crunch we all love!

Sunflower Oil

We use a type of sunflower oil that is rich in oleic acid, a healthy mono-saturated fatty acid - which unlike traditional sunflowers has many health benefits.

High oleic sunflower oil is naturally rich in vitamin E, helping to promote skin health and immune function, and the mono-saturated fats are known for their potential to reduce inflammation and enhance satiety.

Natural Flavours and Sweeteners

Just like all food products, we have to flavour our cereals somehow to ensure they match the great tastes you expect from ELEAT. We’ve chosen to use a blend of natural flavourings and stevia (Steviol Glycosides).

Stevia is a natural, plant-derived sweetener. It’s considerably more sweet compared to sugar but has no calories which is why it has become such a popular sugar replacement. We’ve only added a small amount to our cereal though as generally it’s much less sweet compared to alternatives.

Health Benefits of ELEAT High-Protein Cereal

We’ve used only the best ingredients in our cereal to ensure that they help you eat well to move well, setting you up for the day in the best possible way.

Enhanced Muscle Recovery

The high protein content in ELEAT’s cereal is designed to support muscle repair and recovery, especially after exercise. Protein provides the amino acids needed to repair muscle tissues, helping you bounce back faster and reducing soreness after a workout.

Longer Fullness and Satiety

With a blend of protein and low-GI carbs, ELEAT’s cereal keeps you feeling full and satisfied for longer. This helps curb cravings and reduce snacking, allowing you to stay focused and energised throughout the morning without the midday slump.

Energy and Focus

ELEAT cereal provides a balanced ratio of macronutrients—protein, low-GI carbs, and fibre—that promotes a steady release of energy. This helps you avoid the blood sugar spikes and crashes that are often associated with traditional, sugary cereals, giving you stable energy and sustained focus for hours.
