These terms apply when you use eleatcereal.com or buy from us as a consumer. ELEAT is a trading name of H2NUTRITION LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 13212835. Our registered office is 100 Cambridge Street, London, SW1V 4QG, United Kingdom. Contact us at hello@eleatcereal.com.

Orders and payment

Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment details, keep your account secure and use an authorised payment method.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance by email. If we cannot fulfil an order, or identify an obvious pricing error, we will contact you and refund any payment for an order we cancel. We will not charge a different price without your agreement.

Prices are in pounds sterling and include applicable VAT. Delivery charges, discounts and the total payable are shown before purchase. Offers are subject to their stated conditions and availability.

Products and delivery

Check ingredients, allergens, preparation and storage instructions before purchase and use. Photographs are illustrative; packaging may change. Products must still match their description.

Delivery options and estimated times are shown at checkout. We will deliver within the agreed period or, if no period is agreed, within 30 days. We remain responsible for the goods until you, or someone you nominate, receives them. Contact us if an order is missing, damaged or incorrect.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically at your chosen delivery frequency. The products, recurring price, delivery charges and frequency are shown before you subscribe. You authorise recurring charges to your selected payment method until you cancel.

There is no minimum subscription term. You can change products or delivery dates, skip, pause or cancel future orders through your subscription account. Make changes before your next order is processed; cancelling a subscription does not automatically cancel an order already processed. Your statutory cancellation and refund rights still apply to that order. Contact us if you need help.

We send a reminder three days before a scheduled subscription order. We will give advance notice of any change to your recurring price so you can cancel before it takes effect.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

For eligible online purchases, you can cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving your goods, or the first delivery under a regular subscription. Email us to cancel and obtain return instructions. Return the goods within a further 14 days.

The statutory change-of-mind right does not apply to goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly, or sealed goods that cannot be returned for genuine health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. These exceptions do not affect your rights where products are faulty or incorrectly supplied, or our first-order guarantee.

For a valid statutory cancellation, we refund the product price and standard outbound delivery charge. Any extra cost for premium delivery is not refundable. You pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. We may reduce a refund for handling beyond what is needed to inspect the goods. Refunds use your original payment method and are made within 14 days of receiving the goods back or evidence of return, whichever is earlier. If no goods were supplied, this runs from your cancellation notice.

If goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise do not meet your statutory rights, contact us for an appropriate remedy. We cover reasonable return costs where the fault or error is ours.

Separately, our money-back guarantee covers your first order if you do not love our products. Email us within 30 days of receiving it for a refund of the product cost, with no amount limit and no questions asked. Original shipping is excluded unless ELEAT made an error. See our Refund Policy. This guarantee is additional to your statutory rights.

Website, privacy and Shopify

Use the website lawfully. Do not misuse accounts, interfere with security, upload harmful material or infringe others' rights. Our branding and content belong to us or our licensors; commercial reuse requires permission. Reviews must be honest and lawful; we may display reviews you submit.

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Purchases are made directly with ELEAT. Shopify processes customer information to operate the store and provide services, including enhanced features using interactions with our store, other merchants and Shopify. Information may be shared with Shopify and service providers in other countries. Our Privacy Policy explains this and your choices.

Responsibility and disputes

We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care. We do not exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything the law does not allow us to exclude. Your statutory consumer rights always apply.

Contact us first with a complaint so we can try to resolve it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. UK consumers can bring proceedings in the courts of the UK country where they live. Changes to these terms apply to future purchases and will not remove rights under an existing order.
