1.1.The “Promoter” of the Pre-Launch Offer (the “Offer”) is ELEAT (trading under H2NUTRITION LTD) whose registered address is 100 Cambridge Street, Pimlico, London, SW1V 4QG.
1.2.The early-access sign-up order offer includes a free T-Shirt (choice of size) for those who purchase a case of 4 pouches only with pre-launch access.
1.3.Eligibility: this offer is only open to those that signed up to this Offer by providing their first name, last name, and email address (mobile number is optional). The Offer is only open to residents of the United Kingdom.
1.4.The t-shirt offer is non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.
1.5.The t-shirt will be ordered and delivered within 2 weeks of the purchase of a case of four pouches (only single flavours and variety-pack).
Giveaway Competition
2.1. The “Promoter” of the Ultimate ELEAT Cereal Giveaway Competition (the “Competition”) is ELEAT (trading under H2NUTRITION LTD) whose registered address is 100 Cambridge Street, Pimlico, London, SW1V 4QG.
2.2. No purchase or entry fee is required from you, the “Entrant” to enter this Competition.
2.3. Eligibility: the giveaway competition is only open to those who refer a friend via the Viral Loops Referral mechanism. The competition is only open to those aged 18+ years old at the time of entry into the competition. The competition is only open to residents of the United Kingdom except for ELEAT’s employees, their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
2.4. Agreement to rules: By referring an individual via Viral Loops and participating in the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions. You agree to accept the decision of ELEAT, as final and binding as it relates to the content.
2.5. Multiple-entries are allowed per person. The maximum number of entries a single person can have is 20.
2.6. Giveaway Competition Period: Competition start date: 12th April 2022 09:00 AM. Competition end date: 31st May 2022 11:00pm. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
2.7. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: Refer a friend using your individual Viral Loops Referral Code. For each successful referral, you are given 1 x entry into the giveaway competition (successful referral: the individual you send a referral code to signs up to ELEAT’s pre-launch list).
2.8. The prize is as follows:
2.10. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected using random draw software. The winner will be selected by placing all entries in an encrypted spreadsheet where ELEAT (the “Promoter”) will use a random number generator to select a winner. The winner will be notified within 3 days of the giveaway competition ending. If the winner fails to claim their prize within 18 days of the random draw, the prize will be forfeited and the draw will take place again until a winner is selected, notified, and claims their prize within 18 days of the random draw.
2.11. The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable the fulfilment of the Prize.
2.12. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
2.13. The winner agrees to the use of their first name and location in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will only be disclosed with a third party to ensure the delivery of the prize. By sharing their email address, the winners agree to these terms. The winner’s first name may be posted on social media profiles of The Promotor after the winner has been selected.
2.14. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
