Why ELEAT?
We made ELEAT because mornings are rushed and breakfast often gets skipped or compromised. Most quick options are sugary or don’t keep you going, and healthier ones take too long. ELEAT is a fast, no compromise breakfast. It is high in protein, made with real ingredients, and ready in seconds. It is built for busy mornings so you can stay full, focused and energised without slowing down.
What makes our granola special?
Most supermarket granola contains close to 20g of sugar with little protein and fibre. Our granola contains 15g of plant-based protein, 10g fibre and just 3g of naturally occuring sugar. Our granola can be paired with either milk or yoghurt and actually keeps you full till lunch.
Who is it for?
ELEAT is for busy people who want to eat better without overthinking it. People with full mornings, whether that is work, training, or family life, who still want a breakfast that keeps them full and energised. It is for anyone looking for a simple, great tasting way to fuel their day properly without spending time prepping or compromising on nutrition.
Why your breakfast isn't working for you?
We get it, you're rushing in the morning and have turned to a cheaper cereal option as you didn't have time to make your eggs on toast or equivalent 'healthy breakfast'. You're hungry again by 10:30am because your breakfast lacks protein and fibre. Many cereals are carb-heavy and high in sugar, which can spike your energy and then leave you crashing. ELEAT is designed to solve that. With balanced macros and slow-release carbs, it helps you feel fuller for longer and fuelled for the day ahead.
Why we are good value?
ELEAT is good value because you get far more than a typical breakfast. Each serving is less than £1 and delivers high protein, low sugar, and real, natural ingredients in one ready to go mix. Very few healthy options, even something like eggs on toast, can match that price, never mind the level of convenience.
It is more expensive than basic supermarket breakfasts, but those are often low in protein, high in sugar, and made with less considered ingredients. ELEAT is built differently.
